Ryze Investments is a private equity firm focused on investing in innovative and comprehensive senior housing communities. Ryze is in the center of a dynamic health care environment, capitalizing on this growing platform by using its fund to invest specifically in senior housing projects. These particular types of projects have a number of attractive financial characteristics, including: hard assets (land and building), generation of income through the operations of the businesses, and long-term capital appreciation.


Innovative Properties
Ryze Investments will be purchasing (and at times constructing) senior housing projects which are innovative and financially sustainable. Operating a portfolio of Senior Housing Projects located in different locations across the country and a mix of different types of projects reduces these specific risks and allows the Partnership to benefit from the positive investment characteristics of Senior Housing Projects.

Ryze’s team of professionals has experience in building, constructing and operating senior housing facilities. We have a deep understanding of the current and future needs of the industry and a keen eye for what types of facilities (and in which locations) will be most profitable and ultimately desirable leading to success. With each property acquisition, Ryze is investing in the underlying real estate as well as the operating senior health care business. While the facility itself will be a hard asset, the cash flow will be generated from the onsite senior care business operations.
